Once you have a fully executed purchase contract, our magic begins. We create a customized timeline for you and your clients to guide everyone through each contract deadline date so that nothing is missed. We assist with gathering the documents to meet each milestone and keep all parties updated with weekly updates.
Listing To Close
- After you have secured your listing agreement signed, we start our magic.
- Schedule your photographer of choice.
- Schedule your pre-listing inspection.
- Coordinate with the sellers to get their inventory list and SRPDS completed.
- Gather sea level rise map, road maintenance, flood zone and lava zone verification documents.
- Prepare open house flyer, just listed and just sold flyer and graphics.
Compliance Review
We understand how important compliance is in both real estate and lending. This package will enable you to rest easy in knowing we will work within your companies compliance guidelines to make sure that your transaction has everything it needs for compliance review and approval. We will make sure all the i's are dotted and the t' crossed so you can focus on building your business.
